- Wine or Beer Tasting Booth in the Main Tasting or Artisanal Pavilion: serving sample tastings of ½ -oz. Also permitted to sell wine by the glass - $600
- Retail Gourmet Food Booth in the Main Tasting or Artisanal Pavilions: $1200
- Emporium: bazaar-style retail store will present products from upscale manufacturers and purveyors from around the world such as fancy foods, specialty wines, tabletop items (cutlery, glassware, handcrafted accessories, etc.), high-end kitchen equipment, cookware, and chef's tools. Local farmers and artisanal producers are also welcome - $1200
- Retail Non-Food/Non-Wine Booth in the Emporium: $1200
- Nonprofit Educational Booth in Our Lost Culinary Arts or Our Culinary Future Pavilion: for chefs, restaurants, food purveyors, and authors who are dedicated to preserving culinary traditions such as aging, smoking, pickling, etc. Also, for purveyors, companies, and organizations dedicated to organic, local, and fresh resources; sustainable food production; and responsibly sourced ingredients - $300
- Vendor-Sponsored Education Session: as part of our seminar series (offered to exhibitors only for 90-minute time slots) - $500
- Mini-Lounge Host: an exclusive and intimate tableservice venue for high-end wines and artisanal products. This is a perfect sponsor opportunity for a vineyard, caterer, restaurant, or tabletop manufacturer sponsor - $10,000.

WHAT THE FESTIVAL PROVIDES*:
10' x 10' exhibit space, 8-foot high backdrop, 3-foot high rails, (2) 8-foot draped tables, two folding chairs, one identification sign and program listing, cleaning services, and security. Ice and rinse buckets where applicable.
