Foster's Downeast Clambake in York, Maine, a "must" destination on New England itineraries, is now available to you during your visit to The Food & Wine Festival at National Harbor, May 17 and 18, 2008.

Guest are treated to a full, four-course meal, including a fresh Maine lobster so tender and sweet that it practically melts in your mouth. Our clam chowder has twice received the "Best Chowder" award at the International Boston Seafood Show. Steamer clams and cultivated mussels from Maine are cleansed in purified saltwater for 48 hours to remove all silt. Maine lobstermen provide us with our finest resource, Maine lobsters! We add red bliss potatoes, roasted onions and fresh corn. Everything is steamed using our special techniques to provide a taste you won't forget.
